I am excited to leave this review of Greenwood Lawn Care after hiring them to work on the lawn of one of our rental houses.  The previous tenants did not take care of the property and since I manage this property remotely, I was unaware of how bad they had let the lawn go.  It was overgrown and had also developed some ugly brown patches that didn't seem to respond to normal watering.  The uncontrolled weeds, as well as bushes and shrubs that had grown up and needed removing, made the whole project a larger chore than I wanted to deal with.  I wasn't familiar with lawn care services in Greenwood since I don't actually live there, but I reached out to Greenwood Lawn Care, as well as a couple of other places that serviced the area.  Greenwood Lawn Care gave us a free estimate, and we met and discussed their rates, which were very reasonable.  We then decided on a course of action for this lawn.  After the first appointment, I was amazed at how much they were able to accomplish.  They cleared out all of the overgrowth, mowed, edged, and made it look just fantastic.  That would have been enough to satisfy me, but they were actually able to treat the awful dead brown spots in the front yard and it is already looking so much better!  I just hope the next tenants take care of the lawn.  But if not, at least I will know who to call!  I highly recommend Greenwood Lawn Care to treat and maintain any lawn!  -Sarah Skretkowicz
